Ok, first off, I am NO computer geek. I say that because the computer that this one replaced was about 6 years old, so any computer would, by default, seem like an incredible upgrade. This, however, goes beyond that. It is lightning fast. I am sure there are faster ones, and I am sure I could tweek this one to improve it, but again, not the geek.
Ok, so I got the computer, was super excited, but it wouldn't start up (or so I thought). It was actually running but was stuck on some funky screen. Called tech support. Solved the problem. Less than 5 minutes! Had the monitor plugged into the wrong HDMI port. Who would've thunk? Again...not a geek....getting the picture?
Ok, so I am up and operating. The computer is doing some weird things, but seem related to typing. So I isolated the problem the the included keyboard. Called them and explained...didn't even go ANY further than the lady who answered the phone...she automatically sent out a new keyboard...
