Review : system is a wonder but tech support is the worst.
I just got the a700. The tech support and customer service is simply the worst i've every experienced. I ordered two items, the transfer cable and computer. Simple. But the cable didn't come, yet showed it shipped. I called, got India, was told my item should have shipped. hummmm very odd and would look into it. ' Four days later nothing. Call back get same response. JESUS| Thankfully I got one from Amazon for half the price and it came two days after the order. Amazon, you are down right snappy!

The system is incredible and very responsive. Setting up the wireless modem, blue tooth mouse/keyboard worked like a charm. The i7 is extremely fast. The mouse is all over the place, very difficult to control. Called Tech service was told 'just work with it." No ideas on how to control it or fix the problem....have I mentioned how horrid tech support is? Most in the tech division that i spoke with with the exception of 'John' weren't even familiar with the a700. ARE YOU KIDDING...
